We offer Assessment as a standalone service to help you decide on the package
and package details that best fit your organization requirements. A flat
Assessment fee of $495 is complimentary with subsequent ordering of any of the
packages. Packages must be ordered in three months from the time of assessment
to qualify for absorption of the assessment fee.
Each package is designed to be a custom solution of the right combination of SharePoint in your organization.
Packages are designed to allow for the right amount of support and warranty
given the customization needs. Custom designed packages are also available.
Post-deployment support is an important part of our long-term customer
satisfaction assurance plan. All support plans are incident based where for
example "20 incidents / 6 mo support" means that users can initiate up to
20 issues (incidents) inside the 6 months time frame. Other and completely
custom designed plans are also available to choose from. Please call for details
and pricing.
Warranty is our guarantee that we will immediatelly and free-of-charge correct
any post-installation or post-customization problem.
End user training is an important part of any SharePoint implementation.
Training is available, designed and quoted for individual needs. Training is not
included in the above pricing of the packages.

*Packages are designed for organizations with up to 75 end users and prices
are based on one server deployment. Not all organizations though need to host
SharePoint on their own servers. These will not need the install portion of the
package although they will need advise and decission as to where to rent the
installation and which package to chose. Such decissions are started at
assessment and finalized in the planning phase. Package prices are valid thru January 15, 2009. All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. |
